Cellular Memory Integration
Organiser: M.Y. Thang

You now have a rare opportunity to learn all about the patterns that hold you back; the ones not so easily identified as being within your living memory. Within the carefully structured safety of this workshop, learn how to tap into your unique 'past lives' to access your true potential, and you can be helped to 'move on' in your present life.

This workshop, by Patricia Leahy-Shrewsbury, is now available to anyone interested in self-development. Patricia will be incorporating Kinesiology techniques within the workshop to enable further learning.

Cellular memory integration is a tool to facilitate growth, healing, empowerment and understanding for the individual, not to prove or disprove reincarnation.

Why go back to the past?

  1. To clear past trauma or reactivity to a relationship with a person or an institution.

Patricia says that cellular memory integration can help is to become aware of and clear unconscious beliefs, patterns and trauma which are preventing us from realising our full potential and living happy loving successful lives now. We need to cut the cords or ties with the past to be fully empowered in the present. As most are aware that trauma in childhood can lock in dysfunctional survival and belief systems which distort our perception of the world and our place in it. Similarly, this is also true of unresolved memories and resonances of trauma from previous lives and our genetic inheritance. This can manifest as physical problems which are not alleviated by modern or alternative medicines, phobias, prejudices and irrational reactivity to certain people, groups or institutions.

"Cellular memory integration is not about over identifying with the past. Its aim is to go back to deal with issues and memories that are holding us back on all levels, heal and release them so we can have more of our consciousness in present time and move on unfettered," says Patricia.

  2. To understand your connection to a particular person.

Sometimes we may find that it may not have been related to a past life event. In this case, we will just have to deal with it in this present lifetime.

  3. Accessing a past lifetime when we possess gifts and abilities.

We are able to remember times when we had positive personality traits and abilities that are then integrated and reactivated in the present. Sometimes certain knowledge or abilities are closed off from us for a number of lifetimes in order for us to develop other skills and understanding. Once that understanding has been gained it is possible for the soul to reactivate these abilities from the past. We may be able to access lifetimes where we had artistic, psychic and or healing abilities - when we used power wisely and with integrity - when we were self confident, loving and joyful etc.

Trainer's Background

Patricia Leahy-Shrewsbury, an Australian based in Perth, has been doing past life regression with a group of friends since 1978 under the guidance of a self help book titled, "The Windows of the Mind" by Gerry Glaskin. Initially done more out of curiosity of who she had been and where she had lived before, Patricia grew to find the technique, creative visualization, though effective but would take three hours due to the long and involved preparation time.

Over time, she and friends refined the technique and found they could do without the preparatory exercises. Another vital aspect she discovered about Glaskin's technique was that it offered no means to tie in the regression experience with her present life and no provision of healing or integration techniques to make the memory more relevant.

Past life regression continued to be a passion for Patricia as she pursued a professional career in Touch For Health and Educational Kinesiology. In 1995, she began teaching Past Life Regression in Asia and Australia. Her workshop was a synthesis of all she had learnt from many and varied disciplines that provided the means to make the regressions meaningful and transformational. Since December 2003, she has changed the name to Cellular Memory Integration.

"Quantum physics theories continue to challenge our concepts of reality and linear time, with a past, present and a future. The idea that everything is holographic, with a memory of all history lying in every cell of our body, caused me to expand my perceptions of what we are accessing when doing regressions.

"The memories could be our own from other lives, genetic memories of our forefathers or literally from other dimensions or realities. Scientists believe that they have now mathematically proven at least 10 dimensions are physically possible," says Patricia.

She adds that the sole focus of the work now is to facilitate healing, integration and fuller expression of our potential in the present by accessing cellular memories.

Principles of Cellular Memory Integration

There are basically five principles of cellular memory integration.

  1. The cellular memory is only accessed when the student, through muscle checking, grants permission, safety and appropriateness to proceed. It is vital to open the door to the past/memory only when the psyche of the student is ready and there is good reason for wanting to do so (the reason being a set goal focus.)

Muscle checking is a co creative process where communication and permission are essential for effective results. The model of self responsibility is followed where the student is empowered to ask questions and to say 'stop' at any stage of the process. How is it done? Muscles are put into their contracted (shortened) state and pressure is applied in the direction of the muscle's natural range of motion for about 2 seconds.

A locking muscle is one that comfortably meets the pressure applied without moving or excessive need to concentrate while an unlocking muscle may yield, feel mushy, bounce, cause pain or tension in the body, cause distortion of the body in an effort to recruit other muscle groups and/or require extra thought focus, often accompanied with holding the breath.

  2. Cellular memory integration is a tool to facilitate growth, healing, empowerment and understanding for the individual, not to prove or disprove reincarnation.

  3. When a person dies, his/her consciousness continues on after the death of the body and may experience many lifetimes (incarnations) on Earth and or other dimensions.

  4. After death, the consciousness (spirit or soul) of the person goes to a place of light and healing to assess the lifetime just completed and to prepare for the next experience.

  5. There is a commitment to maintain an open mind about what we are accessing during a regression and to continue to revise and expand our concepts of reality, time and space as new information comes to light.

Cellular Memory Integration; Oral Questions and Answers

Q: What is the role of the CMI facilitator?

A: The role of the CMI facilitator is to:

1) Hold the focus for the student and ensure they don’t drift off or fall asleep. You need to be very present and aware of what your student is experiencing at all times by asking questions such as “What is happening now?” or “What are you doing now?”

Let the student know that they can tell you to give them more time without questions, so that they can tune into the information more easily. However, don’t leave them too long without giving you feedback.

2) Be mindful of the student’s goal focus during the whole regression process, so that maximum information and connections are made within the session. It is the facilitator’s task to draw out from the student as much detail as possible through impartial questions. If a lot of scenes from that lifetime have been experienced with out any tangible connection to the Goal focus being made, ask the student to move to a scene in that lifetime related to…( the present life Goal issue).

The Place of Light and Love is the best place for the student to gain understanding and make connections between the current life, the Goal focus and the cellular memory.

For example:-
“How is that lifetime related to your present life?”
“How does the past lifetime relate to your Goal (e.g. your fear of heights in your present life)?”

3) Ensure that each step of the process is completed:

• Switching on, obtain a goal focus related to a Cellular Memory, find the year and place, permission and safety to proceed, support techniques used and student reminded that they are in charge and can say stop or ask questions.
• Muscle Monitor to ask the system if there is more to remember from a particular scene. Also MM to ask if you need to go to an earlier scene or later scene in that lifetime.
• Permission to move from the lifetime to the Place of Light and Love obtained through Muscle Monitoring.
• Muscle Monitor to ask if the system is ready to leave the place of light and love.
• At conception ask the student if the process of weaving in the gifts and healing is complete and if they are ready to move on.
• Muscle Monitor the Switching On techniques and do corrections where appropriate. MM for need of flower essences.
• Ensure that the student is fully back in present time and place by MM.
• Allow student to record their experiences uninterrupted by the facilitator (no discussion or comments).
• MM to see if the student needs Repatterning.

4) Create a safe, clear and non judgmental environment for the student to experience CMI.

Q: Is it possible for a student to jump straight into a Cellular Memory and bypass the creative visualization technique?

A: Yes. Some people do occasionally go straight into the past life as soon as they have lain down and relaxed! If this happens, go with it and support the student to obtain the experiences and information from that lifetime. Don’t go back and do the visualization.

Q: What do you do if the person refuses to go to the Place of Light and Love?

A: 1. Ask the student why they don’t want to go. Their answer will determine what you need to do next.

2. You can call in Light Beings (Angels), asking the student to feel/see their presence; then allow the Light Beings to escort them to the place of Light and Love outside of time and space.

3. Alternatively ask their present life Higher Self (wisest aspect of themselves) to go their previous life spirit and talk to them and escort them to the Light.

4. It is important during this process that you are very clear in your focus and intention. You do energetically hold the focus for the person until they have moved to the light. I actually visualize and draw the Love and Light to me and the student and physically feel it and the Light Beings surrounding us.

Q: If I did something wrong in the process could the person be hurt?

A: No. They could feel a little spacey and disconnected though if all the steps aren’t followed. To help ground and integrate the student, do the Switching On techniques, check to see if they need flower essences and/or ESR and then Repattern them.

Q: What do I do if the student jumps from the past life, straight back to present time and opens their eyes?

A: If the student pulls out of the regression back to present time before all the steps are completed, it is essential that you Muscle Monitor to ensure that they are fully back in present time and place. MM all the Switching On techniques and check if they need Flower Essences and/or ESR. Also check to see if Repatterning is required.

Q: What do you do if the student is jumping in and out of different time frames or lifetimes?

A: Hold a strong focus and take charge of the situation. Don’t let them just drift around. Ask the student to go back to the original time frame and scene they experienced and to stay focused on that. Muscle Monitor the student to establish that they are focused in the right time frame and continue from there.

Q: How often should a person have a regression?

A: There is no set answer to this. Everyone is different in their ability to integrate and process information and change. Ensure you have an accurate indicator muscle, do the Switching on, establish clear YES (Lock) and No (Unlock) muscle responses, and ask permission and safety to proceed every time you do CMI. If permission is not granted, do not proceed.

Q: Is it okay to go back several times to the same lifetime?

A: Yes. If it was a lifetime that is resonating very strongly with the present lifetime and all the reactive aspects have not been resolved, it is very beneficial to revisit the lifetime to gain more understanding and information and do more clearing. I have, over a period of months or years, revisited 4 or 5 times, certain key lifetimes that were having a direct adverse impact on my present life, to gain more insight and healing.

Q: Does it mean I have done the regression wrongly if the student only gets a feeling, glimpses or a frozen picture?

A: No. When accessing the most significant and/or traumatic lifetimes the psyche of the student will only allow the door to that memory to be opened a little at a time. This needs to be respected. At a later date you can get permission to re access the same lifetime and retrieve more information.

Q: Is there any way to help people to “see” or feel more in a regression?

A: Yes. If a person has received several regressions and has been unable to see or experience anything it may mean that they are very rational, literal and Logic brain dominant and are having difficulty accessing the intuitive, visual, kinesthetic Gestalt brain. They may tend to stress about making it up and this will block the flow of memory. Rather than give another regression, I suggest that you do the usual Pre Checks and Switching On, then set a goal to Relax and allow creative visualization and intuitive insight to be accessed and flow. Then do Three Directional Repatterning because this will integrate the brain and body so that both Gestalt and Logic brains are more fully accessed and intercommunicating. Suggest that the student do the Switching On each day for a period of time before doing CMI again. Muscle Monitor to determine how many days and how many times per day to do the Switching On (water, K27’s, Cross Crawl and Hook Ups).

Q: What life issues are likely to benefit from CMI?

A: The following situations may benefit from CMI:

1. Irrational fears which have no basis from childhood or the present life experiences. (E.g. Fear of heights, of water or being alone)

2. Emotional reactivity towards a particular person or institution (E.g. church) which is unfounded in the way they relate to you. E.g.: A mother who is compulsively cruel and abusive to one child, when the child has done nothing wrong, while spoiling and dotting on another child.

3. Physical pain or imbalance which won’t heal after medical and alternative healing avenues have been pursued.

4. To understand why a person has a strong attraction to or bond with a particular person.

5. Access positive qualities such as leadership and courage, spirituality, or intuition and healing abilities, or artistic/creative talents.

This technique is not useful for everyday qualities such as improving memory and/or concentration. These sort of abilities are better enhanced in present time using the switching on techniques (water, K27’s, Cross Crawl and Hook Ups) on a daily basis, and Repatterning in present time.
